Overview

Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior SysOps Administrator to join the Systems Operations team who will drive go-to-market operations that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven.

In Short

• Design, build, and implement enhancements to systems for sales and post-sales teams.
• Act as a lead administrator and knowledge expert within Salesforce.
• Manage projects of medium technical complexity end-to-end.
• Identify gaps within current processes and improve backend components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for backend components.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in systems administration for sales operations.
• 1+ years experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Proven experience with systems and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities.
• Creative problem solver with excellent project management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
