In Short

• Manage all aspects of user and license management.
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes.
• Understand basic triggers and Apex code.
• Experience in DevOps and release management.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Monitor and improve user adoption.
• Provide training for new and ongoing users.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers.
• Proactive system maintenance and data management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Proactive attitude towards platform enhancements.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in change management and governance.
• Training end users and key stakeholders.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
• DevOps/release management experience.
