In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Coordinators and support personal accounts.
  • Provide valuable suggestions and solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Model relationship-building with clients and team members.
  • Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with design and development teams.
  • Manage client project boards and ensure timely project completion.
  • Execute Pardot and Salesforce tasks.
  • Train and coach team members in project management.
  • Support process improvement and implementation.
  • Evaluate and manage direct reports’ performance.
  • Promote company values and culture.

Requirements

  • Pardot Specialist Certified.
  • Pardot Consultant Certified.
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (encouraged but not required).
  • 3+ years experience in account or project management.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and excited about fast growth.
  • Experience with task management tools, such as Asana.
