Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for optimizing Salesforce processes, supporting integrations and contributing to minor development efforts. This role involves identifying process efficiencies, implementing new Salesforce features, and ensuring seamless integrations to support various teams at SmithRx.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions and automation.
• Experience with security models and data governance best practices.
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data management abilities.
