Overview

The Senior Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading midsized business and technical projects that help our clients solve their business challenges.

• Advises clients and implements solutions using project management fundamentals.
• Develops and manages project structures, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Prepares and maintains complex project documentation.
• Leads meetings and drives discussions to resolution.

• Coaches and mentors associates and clients.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as necessary.
• MBA desired.
• PM experience leading mid-sized projects.
• Consulting and customer-facing experience required.
