Overview

The Senior Associate, Strategic Finance will manage and build financial operations, reporting, and forecasting while conducting strategic financial analyses to inform the future of Oxeon's business.

• Manage financial operations, reporting, and forecasting.
• Conduct strategic financial analyses.
• Create reporting and forecasting for monthly reviews.
• Partner with Accounting for month-end close processes.
• Analyze variances between actuals, plan, and forecast.
• Support Search and Platform teams with financial metrics.
• Align financial goals with business strategy.
• Build financial models for operational planning.
• Maintain an accurate investment database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related role.
• Foundational understanding of corporate accounting.
• Ability to build a 3 statement financial model.
• Interest in healthcare executive search.
• Team player with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Quickbooks and Bill.Com is a bonus.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.
