Overview

As a Senior Recruiter within PNC's Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization, you will lead and execute the entire hiring cycle, fostering an inclusive workplace culture and contributing to the company’s success.

In Short

• Lead and execute the hiring cycle for roles of moderate complexity.
• Compile standard recruiting data sets throughout the recruiting process.
• Consult with business partners and candidates on the hiring process.
• Build relationships with hiring managers on talent needs and skills.
• Research and source candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
• Present and negotiate offers for employment to selected candidates.
• Demonstrate customer focus and manage risks effectively.
• Participate in meetings/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical approach and business acumen.
• Effective candidate sourcing and selection skills.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM).
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
