International Trade Services Analyst Sr. - Trade Operations Billing - Remote

Overview

As an International Trade Services Analyst Sr. within PNC's International Trade Operations Group, you will process trade client bills primarily for Standby letters of credit transactions, with an initial training period in the office followed by a hybrid work schedule.

In Short

• Process trade client bills for Standby letters of credit transactions.
• Work in the office for the first 2 months, then hybrid schedule.
• Handle incoming and outgoing payments applications.
• Communicate with internal partners and customers via email.
• Conduct bill tracing and update bill revisions.
• Create processing manual spreadsheets and perform manual calculations.
• Utilize international trade-specific procedures and guidelines.
• Evaluate and execute basic to moderate transactions.
• Administer trade compliance program and mitigate bank risk.
• Provide documentation and responses to inquiries for international trade products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting related experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with payments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SWIFT is a plus.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
