Operations Analyst (International Voice) - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility for the position is to verify the employment and education background of the applicants who apply for the jobs with our clients in Canada.

In Short

• Search the web to find the listings for universities, colleges and companies.
• Initiate verification calls to verify the credentials of the applicants.
• Send written verification requests and faxes for verifications as per the policies of the institutions/organizations.
• Contacts the Applicants, Clients through Phone/Emails.
• Able to process Complex Tasks.
• Enter appropriate verified data into the system and generate a report.
• Follow quality guidelines and also achieve the targets set by the Team Leader.
• Also follow the IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
• Mentors new joiner and Quality check.
• Contact Client Applicants through Email/ Phone.

Requirements

• HSC / Diploma (10+3) / Graduate.
• Ability to comprehend & articulate.
• Willingness to work in night shifts, rotational hours.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO/KPO is a must.
• Applicants have to be located in Bangalore.
