In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Make a minimum of 32 outgoing calls per day to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct negotiations over the phone to retain and increase sales volume.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions.
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with an organized approach to work.
  • High written and oral communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Excel.
  • Ambition and resilience under pressure.

  • Superb verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a busy sales environment.
  • Sales flair and desire to achieve goals.
  • Commercially focused with negotiation skills.
  • Appropriate education and experience in a similar position.
  • Can-do mindset and ambition.
