As an Independently Contracted Physician Assistant with Plume, you will join our awesome team of diverse clinicians who provide GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) and Expanded Clinical Services for our adult patients throughout the United States.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physician Assistant.
• Experience in primary care is preferred.
• Interest in gender-affirming care and the TGNC community.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction.
• Familiarity with telemedicine practices.
• Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
