In the MTM Pharmacist Independent Contractor role, pharmacists provide patient outreach and medication therapy management services to patients around the country. In Short

• Provide patient outreach and medication therapy management services.
• Engage with patients to provide clinical services.
• Assess medication therapy and improve clinical outcomes.
• Document clinical recommendations and patient care notes.
• Must hold current pharmacist licensure in Massachusetts.
• Flexible work environment with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Work must be performed in a HIPAA-compliant space.
• Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Medication Therapy Management is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to speak with medical fluency in English.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity applications.
• Experience in MTM services is preferred.
• Sales or call center experience is a plus.
