Overview

As an Independently Contracted Nurse Practitioner with Plume, you will join our awesome team of diverse clinicians who provide GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) and Expanded Clinical Services for our adult patients throughout the United States.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in primary care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
