Overview

Playtech is looking for an experienced Scala Developer with excellent engineering skills to join their Gpas unit, focusing on software design, development, and optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in server-side Scala development for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of JVM, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent knowledge of parallel and concurrent programming.
• Experience with Pekko Http, Actor, Cluster, Persistence, and Streams.
• Proven experience in developing high-scale distributed systems.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and a team player.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Desire to document and share knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English.
