Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Manager will lead and manage financial processes, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reporting packages.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience in a SaaS or Tech company preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
