The Accounting Manager position at JLL involves supporting the Senior Accounting Manager in overseeing client accounting services and managing a team of accountants. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting; CPA and/or CIA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SSAE 16/SOC1 or SOX compliance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Yardi and MRI is a plus.
