Plane is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team!

In Short

  • Assisting Plane users and guiding them through product to maximize their experience.
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to address and resolve various reported issues.
  • Resolving problems efficiently, directly influencing customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the Help Center by creating articles.
  • Managing KYC requests with payment providers.
  • Updating internal knowledge base and documentation.
  • Handling support questions via Chat, Email, and Slack.
  • Escalating issues to relevant teams.
  • Responsible for manual processes to meet user needs.
  • Writing and updating Help Center articles.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
  • Empathetic and capable of addressing repetitive questions.
  • Problem-solving skills with a willingness to investigate.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong work ethics and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new information.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Experience with international payments.
