Overview

As a Growth Marketer at Plane, you will be the crucial bridge between our site’s metrics, in-product behavior, and Sales pipeline, focusing on driving self-serve revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

In Short

• Own PLG revenue through data-driven strategies.
• Design and optimize self-serve conversion paths.
• Orchestrate targeted communication across user personas.
• Identify and qualify Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) for Sales.
• Experiment persistently to find new conversion paths.
• Meet or exceed monthly PLG revenue targets.
• Grow upstream metrics proportionally with revenue targets.
• Increase quality and volume of PQLs handed off to Sales.
• Build scalable processes for user journey optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ core Growth experience in B2B productivity SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving self-serve revenue.
• Hands-on skills with analytics and data tools.
• Strong opinion for orchestrating a connected conversion comms strategy.
• Deep understanding of B2B user journey optimization.
• Some experience with open-core tools is a plus.
