In Short

• Act as the key point of contact with all the safety teams working with Pixaera.
• Work with the team to identify product opportunities and define product scopes.
• Act as the SME in designing and co-creating immersive safety simulations.
• Identify all regional safety requirements and maintain Pixaera’s database/LLM.
• Assist in building adaptive learning solutions tailored to learner needs.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers for effective training solutions.
• Leverage experience in teaching safety rules for practical scenarios.
• Stay informed on the latest safety trends.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or safety management.
• 5-7 years of experience in developing safety solutions.
• Proven experience in designing training modules.
• Familiarity with international safety standards.
