Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; Masters or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, or aerospace.
• Experience building a safety case for autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with simulation and real-world testing.
• Familiarity with STPA, SOTIF, and UL 4600.
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics and engineering.
• Excellent data analysis skills with Python or Matlab.
• Collaborative leadership skills.
• Passion for self-driving technologies.
