Lead Security Architect - Security Framework, Python - Remote

Overview

As Lead Security Architect you will help bridge the gap between engineering teams, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects by providing dedicated technical security expertise. This role is designed to empower engineering teams by allowing them to focus on implementation while ensuring secure architectural designs that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in designing secure system architectures for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience with security principles and tools (e.g., IAM, SIEM, encryption, firewalls, and endpoint security).
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Expertise in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical skills in network, application, and data security, and proficiency with security tools and scripting.
• Create architectural designs through technical documentation and presentations.
