Overview

As a Field Service Technician at Pitney Bowes, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience throughout their lifecycle, providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients in the Tri-Cities area of Washington.

• Remote role based in the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) of Washington.
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with traditional office hours.
• Wage range of $22 to $28 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
• Eligible for an incremental incentive of 10% on any sale of service or parts.
• Provide field service for shipping and mailing technology.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Repair and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions.
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes equipment.
• Manage significant driving time within a multi-zip code territory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Enjoy working on and repairing mechanical or electrical components.
• Motivated by opportunities to earn additional income through sales.
• Ability to lift over 55 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking preferred.
• Experience with automated equipment preferred.
