In Short

  • Drive new business in the acquirer, processor, PayFac, and ISO segment.
  • Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan.
  • Engage with commercial and product teams at prospective partners.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Build compelling business cases for prospective partners.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Track and optimize sales efforts using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or partnerships role.
  • Deep experience in embedded finance, SaaS sales, or fintech partnerships.
  • Proven ability to sell to both commercial and product teams.
  • Technical fluency to develop tailored integration plans.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with independent pipeline management.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage outreach and track deals.
