Overview

The Data Warehouse team builds foundational datasets to drive critical business decision-making and reporting. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers to build both batch and realtime data pipelines and toolings.

• Lead a team of talented data engineers primarily based in San Francisco Bay Area
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members
• Oversee the creation, evolution, and maintenance of foundational datasets used for analytics, reporting, and machine learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Work with remote engineering teams and stakeholders around the world

Requirements

• 2+ years of Engineering Manager experience
• Enjoying working in an agile environment
• Strong communication, people development and software project management skills
• Big Data (petabytes scale) and Data Warehousing background
• Data Engineering experience (e.g. Python, Java, SQL, Workflow, Spark, Hive)
• Ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones
