Overview

As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Pinterest, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our sales teams and partners to thrive by ensuring precise and efficient processing of orders and facilitating seamless operations.

In Short

• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Support vendor and contractor partnerships, managing escalations and workflow issues.
• Develop knowledge of processes and provide training sessions to sellers.
• Maintain playbooks and training documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, or sales support roles.
• Experience supporting vendors or contractors.
• Handling escalated operational issues in a high-volume environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Exceptional data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• High learning agility and proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in designing training programs or documentation.
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with vendors/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with Pinterest’s ad products and billing workflows.
• Experience with process automation and business requirements development.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
