Overview

We are seeking a strategic, operationally savvy, innovative, results-driven Senior Director who will serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and lead our Strategy & Operations and Project Management Organization (PMO) teams.

In Short

• Act as trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CPO.
• Oversee and manage all People Team operating cadences.
• Lead and manage the People Team’s strategic priorities.
• Facilitate quarterly roadmap reviews and planning discussions.
