Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at Ping Identity, you will lead technical initiatives in the DevTools team, focusing on enhancing the continuous delivery capabilities of our platform and supporting infrastructure automation for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a developer or DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Groovy, Ruby, or Python.
• Technical and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Jenkins.
• Passion for mentoring and implementing new technologies.
• Experience with tools like Terraform, Vault, and ArgoCD is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments and test-driven development is beneficial.
