Overview

As an Elite Support Engineer at Ping Identity, you will work with premium customers to troubleshoot and support various Ping solutions, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Work with premium customers on troubleshooting sessions.
  • Investigate and reproduce issues in a lab environment.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and internet meetings.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Understand business processes.
  • Support and onboard other engineers.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of SaaS applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign On protocols.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Familiarity with Directory Services and PKI.
  • Understanding of networking concepts.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows server management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Exposure to containerized infrastructure and cloud services.
