As an Elite Support Engineer at Ping Identity, you will work with premium customers to troubleshoot and support various Ping solutions, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

Work with premium customers on troubleshooting sessions.
Investigate and reproduce issues in a lab environment.

Requirements

Excellent understanding of SaaS applications.
Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
Knowledge of Single Sign On protocols.
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
Familiarity with Directory Services and PKI.
Understanding of networking concepts.
Experience with Linux and Windows server management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Exposure to containerized infrastructure and cloud services.
