Overview

Ping is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Field Marketing and Demand Generation to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across North America and LATAM. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing data-driven demand generation strategies to drive pipeline across diverse regions and industries while leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

In Short

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number for the Americas region.
  • Define and lead the North America field marketing strategy.
  • Design and execute high-ROI marketing programs.
  • Manage the annual field marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams on campaign strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and mentor a team of field marketers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demand generation experience.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Skilled in CRM and various marketing platforms.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
