Overview

Ignition is seeking a data-driven B2B demand generation leader to accelerate our growth in North America. As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will own the demand generation strategy and execution.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a scalable demand generation strategy that drives pipeline, sales velocity, and revenue growth.
  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number, defining clear goals and forecasts for lead generation.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and ABM.
  • Partner with product marketing, growth, sales, and partnerships teams to align messaging and content.
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring, nurture, and conversion programs.
  • Drive a full-funnel marketing approach to improve Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rates.
  • Own budget allocation and performance tracking for CAC efficiency.
  • Use intent data and predictive analytics to optimize targeting and conversion strategies.
  • Implement best practices for campaign tracking and revenue measurement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation best practices, including ABM and inbound/outbound campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills in optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience leading high-performance marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for growth marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
