Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Ping Identity, you will manage enterprise customers in the EMEA region, ensuring their success with Ping solutions and promoting high customer retention.

In Short

  • Manage ongoing customer needs effectively to promote high customer retention and loyalty.
  • Engage with multiple customer stakeholders to track and measure the impact of Ping solutions.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Deliver success plans to key customers identifying stakeholders and milestones.
  • Demonstrate insights and understanding of customers' business/industry.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites or events.

Requirements

  • Customer facing experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in software.
  • Ability to navigate complex Enterprise environments.
  • Experience with SFDC, Gainsight, or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Experience driving software adoption best practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with executives.
  • High technical aptitude for customer use cases and architectural requirements.
