Overview

The Director of Housing Navigation Services provides leadership and oversight to teams working with guests in shelter to resolve their homelessness, ensuring compliance with contracts and achieving housing goals.

In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours, Monday - Friday.
• Remote work is available as per policies.
• Reports to the Senior Director of Housing Placement.
• Oversees the Place Me Home contract.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners.
• Monitors contract compliance and investigates noncompliance issues.
• Designs workflows and internal controls for improvement.
• Leads change management processes in homeless services.
• Requires strong analytical and clinical competencies.
• Experience in program development and data management is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of management experience.
• Five years of program administration in human services.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with homeless populations and co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and federal regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
