Overview

The Director of Finance at Pine Services Group will play a central role in financial execution, reporting, and insight generation, connecting operating company performance to Pine leadership.

In Short

• Own Pine’s monthly financial cadence and reporting.
• Partner with operating company finance leaders.
• Deliver actionable financial analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advance financial and operational reporting capabilities.
• Identify margin and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support financial onboarding of newly acquired companies.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for new acquisitions.
• Ensure smooth integration into ongoing financial cadence.
• Work closely with senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Experience supporting multiple business units.
• Strong foundation in financial statements and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerBI preferred.
• Analytical skills and fluency in financial drivers.
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
