Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the month-end close process, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple operating companies.

In Short

• Manage and perform month-end close for Pine Management companies
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and assist in variance analysis
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• Ensure GAAP compliance across all reporting
• Collaborate with accounting teams at operating companies
• Support acquisition integration from a finance/accounting perspective
• Assist with annual audits and manage PBC requests
• Maintain internal controls and support compliance
• Identify and implement process enhancements
• Help build scalable systems and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SaaS or software resale environments
• Exposure to purchase accounting and M&A integration
• Familiarity with ERP implementations or upgrades
