Clipboard Health is looking for a high-performing Senior Accountant to join our Finance team, helping manage month-end close and ensuring accurate financial statements.

In Short

• Join a fast-growing Series C marketplace.
• Responsible for monthly accounting close and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to implement accounting procedures.
• Analyze accounting principles and communicate them effectively.
• Support external audits and improve inefficiencies.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

• Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time zone.
• 2-3+ years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills needed.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA and recent Big Four experience preferred.
• Experience in a technology or high-growth company is a plus.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to research and document accounting conclusions.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with incomplete information.
