Clinical Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Outreach Specialist role will help drive PHIL’s engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs) who prescribe medicines to patients, focusing on expanding HCP relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

In Short

• Provide excellent customer service to prescribers and office staff.
• Conduct cold outreach to build relationships with healthcare offices.
• Explain the prescription lifecycle to provider offices.
• Clarify program-level rules and expected patient copays.
• Assist in the prior authorization process for patient coverage.
• Triage and resolve order-related escalations.
• Use active listening to de-escalate provider concerns.
• Recommend solutions based on office feedback.

Requirements

• Prior experience in physician offices or healthcare environments.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
• Understanding of medical prescription processing.
• Experience with cold outreach calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
