Overview

Pharmbills is seeking a Sales Director to drive U.S. market expansion in a strategic, field-based enterprise sales role, focusing on BPO deals in healthcare and finance.

In Short

  • Remote position based in the U.S. (East or Central Time Zones preferred)
  • Full-time consultant engagement
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Manage a $2.5M+ new business quota in Year 1
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Develop relationships with C-level and VP-level buyers
  • Attend industry events and client meetings (light travel required)
  • Adapt go-to-market strategy based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Shape strategic accounts and partnerships

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in BPO or healthcare outsourcing
  • Proven success in closing $500K–$4M ACV deals
  • Ability to independently manage outbound sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in metrics-driven environments
  • Experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Previous experience selling to U.S. healthcare payers or financial firms is a plus
