Overview

The Specialty Infusion Sales Executive, Hybrid Sales, is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory of primary and secondary customers in the Non-Acute Specialty Infusion market.

  • Develop and execute a territory management plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

  • Lead customer onboarding and resolve issues related to contracts.
  • Monitor contract compliance and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Develop an annual strategic plan with the Specialty Infusion Director.
  • Actively participate in training and professional development.
  • Build expertise in the Specialty Infusion industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced financial acumen.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  • High level of digital dexterity and data literacy.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
