Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in biologics manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations.
• Proven track record in managing biologics manufacturing processes.
• Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of biologics supply chain management.
