Overview

The Inbound Claims Call Center Representative is responsible for processing clients’ first notice of loss claim reports and resolving complex claims inquiries while providing excellent customer service.

  • Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports.
  • Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer care quality.
  • Follow procedures for risk and compliance policies.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience required.
  • Data entry experience required.
  • Strong data entry skills preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 6 months Customer Service experience.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Strong data entry skills (32 WPM or more).
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens quickly.
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual, Spanish to English preferred.
  • Insurance knowledge preferred.
