Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative at CVS Health, you will engage with members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to offer and schedule healthcare evaluations, working in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on improving lives.

In Short

  • Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per hour.
  • Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience.
  • Experience with outbound calls and auto dialer systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Proficient in using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Desire to work in a results-oriented environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle member complaints professionally.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
