  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Proficient in using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Desire to work in a results-oriented environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle member complaints professionally.
