Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will not just sell but understand. There is no cold calling, but genuine customer success. This position offers the chance to build a technical sales approach that combines ecological impact with economic substance.

In Short

  • Develop customer relationships and make complex investments understandable.
  • Analyze and qualify leads in the B2B sector.
  • Develop and manage structured sales processes.
  • Calculate economic business cases (>1 million EUR).
  • Work on financing solutions (e.g., leasing, hire purchase).
  • Build strategic partnerships and networks.
  • Act as an interface between customers, technology, and project management.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in technical sales (B2B).
  • Industry experience in energy/biomass/plant construction is desirable.
  • Successful closures in the area of investment goods >1 million EUR.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, personal responsibility, and process understanding.
  • High empathy for different target groups.
  • Perfect German language skills in spoken and written form.
  • Optional: Know-how in project financing.
  • Optional: CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).
