Requirements

• Education or completed training in agriculture.
• Strong customer orientation and sales affinity, preferably in seeds.
• Good knowledge in crop production or strong interest to acquire it.
• Affinity for using digital tools for sales support.
• Structured, implementation-oriented, and team-oriented work style.
• Sales and negotiation talent with an understanding of customer needs.
• Very good German language skills.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area to support customers.
