In Short

  • Manage existing partnerships and expand the customer base across Germany.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in targeted industries.
  • Conduct market analyses to discover new business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential new clients, requiring some travel across Germany.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales support colleagues.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new locations as a Key Account Manager.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships for sustainable network expansion.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance networking.

Requirements

  • Residence in Cologne or another major city in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
  • Fluent German language skills are essential.
  • Completion of commercial training, a degree, or a similar qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and key account management.
  • Ability to persuade and demonstrate empathy in client interactions.
