Overview

The Night Shift Counsellor will provide confidential telephonic support and assessment services to employees during night shifts, focusing on challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling.
• Registered or accredited membership with a professional body.
• Experience in a fast-paced counselling or mental health environment.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Desirable: Experience in EAP or workplace mental health.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools.
