Overview

The Legal Assistant will support the Legal Officer in a fast-paced environment, handling contract queries and maintaining legal records during a contract period.

In Short

Remote position based in the UK.
Contract duration of 4 to 6 months starting February 2026.
Support the Legal Officer with legal and administrative tasks.
Review straightforward contract queries.
Maintain and update legal files and registers.
Liaise with internal teams for timely legal responses.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the GRC function.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree in Law or related field.
1–3 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Understanding of contract structures and legal terminology.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
