In Short

• Manage incoming applications for active positions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of job postings across all inbound channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals).
• Track relevant KPIs (e.g., cost per application, conversion rates, time-to-hire).
• Maintain dashboards for application volume, channel quality, and funnel performance.
• Manage the recruiting budget and cost control per channel.
• Conduct A/B tests for job postings.
• Derive insights to improve candidate experience and the quality of the talent pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, ideally in an inbound or performance-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, funnel analyses, and candidate journey design.
• Practical experience with job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Proficient in budget tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (at least C1) and German (at least C1).
• Willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt, Fulda, or Berlin.
