PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs, manufactures and sells Pergolas. Founded in Norway, PERGOLUX is constantly looking for growth opportunities and is already available in more than 15 countries in Europe, Australia, North America and South America.

In Short

• Take ownership of the online stores in Scandinavia, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market.
• Identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce of the Scandinavian markets.
• Apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve the e-commerce's performance.
• Run e-commerce analysis and generate ideas to increase key performance indicators.
• Enhance online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
• Update prices and product descriptions according to global standards and local needs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
• Work closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
• Support increasing traffic and conversion rates through targeted efforts.
• Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of managing an e-commerce store.
• Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM.
• Enthusiasm for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent Scandinavian language skills.
• Good English skills (C1 Level).
• High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
