In Short

• Take ownership of the online stores in Scandinavia, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market.
• Identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce of the Scandinavian markets.
• Apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve performance.
• Run e-commerce analysis frequently and come up with creative ideas to increase KPIs.
• Enhance online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
• Update prices, product descriptions, and website content as needed.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
• Work closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
• Support increasing traffic and conversion rates through targeted efforts.
• Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of managing an e-commerce store.
• Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM.
• Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
• Excellent Scandinavian language skills (at least one fluent).
• Good English skills (C1 Level).
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and achiever mentality.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
